All exterior changes must be approved in writing by the Kissing Tree reviewer prior to any installation activity or construction work being performed. Submitting an incomplete application will delay the review process. Applications must be submitted by a Kissing Tree resident.

Review Timeline

The Architectural Control Committee’s (ACC) formal decision is usually received within 30 calendar days of submitting a completed application package. Certain project submittals with limited architectural considerations, as determined by the ACC, may be responded to on an expedited basis.

Review fees

KTMC reserves the right to charge a reasonable review fee and deposit for residential projects requiring extensive architectural considerations as determined by the reviewer. The review fee is non-refundable and will be collected securely through this form. The deposit depends on the extent of the project and is payable by check to Kissing Tree Master Community, Inc. within one day of submitting an application.
